DoughSpot Analytics ("the App") is operated by LFX AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App through the Clover App Market.
Information We Collect
When you install and use the App, we receive the following data from your Clover POS system:
- Transaction data: Order amounts, tax, tips, and payment type
- Line item data: Item names, quantities, and prices
- Merchant information: Your Clover merchant ID and business name
We do not collect customer names, email addresses, payment card numbers, or any personally identifiable information about your customers.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Display sales analytics and charts in your dashboard
- Calculate revenue trends, top-selling items, and hourly breakdowns
- Generate CSV export reports that you request
Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on Cloudflare's edge network using Cloudflare D1 (SQLite)
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS
- Webhook payloads from Clover are verified using HMAC-SHA256 signatures
- Dashboard access is protected by authentication scoped to your merchant account
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your data is only accessible to you through your authenticated dashboard.
Data Retention
Transaction data is retained for the duration of your subscription. If you uninstall the App or terminate your subscription, you will retain read-only access to view and export your data for 30 days, after which all of your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Your Rights
You may:
- Request a copy of your stored data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Uninstall the App to stop all data collection
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via your Clover account email.
